Fresh and Perishable Goods
We are sourcing the highest quality produce available for Mrs Woollys’ General Store, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with anything you buy from us, we will refund your money or replace your purchase. Simply bring the product back to the store with your receipt or contact our friendly staff.
We offer a substitutions service that ensures you get the next best thing if something in your order is no longer available. We will look for a similar product and substitute it for you.
Refund, exchange or replacement covers any product quality or incorrect pricing issue for all goods sold online or in store. The customer has a choice of a refund, exchange or replacement as long as we usually stock the item being refunded or replaced.
Order online and collect in-store:
Orders placed until 11am can collect on the same day from 12pm to 2pm.
Orders placed after 12pm will be ready the next day - collection is available 7 days.
Orders placed until 12pm will be delivered before 12pm the next day. Delivery services from Monday to Saturday. Delivery for orders over $50 is currently free. Orders below $50 must be collected in-store.
