Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
450g Salted butter
300g Dark soft sugar
300g Caster sugar
4 Eggs
500g Plain flour
300g Cocoa powder
5tsp Baking soda
450g Dark chocolate 55%
300g Dark soft sugar
300g Caster sugar

Method
Pre-heat the oven at 170°C
Beat the butter and sugars until creamy, light, and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time
Mix in everything else
Divide the mixture into 60g balls
Space them on a baking tray
Leave in the fridge to chill for at least one hour
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 165 - 170°C for 12-15 minutes
Hide them from Adam
Beat the butter and sugars until creamy, light, and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time
Mix in everything else
Divide the mixture into 60g balls

Leave in the fridge to chill for at least one hour
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 165 - 170°C for 12-15 minutes
